Stangrove Park Open air concert success
Edenbridge Town Band held their annual open air concert in Stangrove Park last night. It was another huge success and we hope our audience enjoyed the evening as much as the band did. We would also like to thank our generous audience who's donations into the old money bass raised £175 for Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance Trust.

Edenbridge Town Band celebrating 150 years will have a display in Eden Valley Museum from 21st September running through to December 2016. We hope as many of our supporters will visit the museum to see our display.
OUR Celebratory concert HELD on 7th May in the WI Hall
On Saturday 7th May, Edenbridge Town Band held our celebratory concert in the WI Hall to commemorate our 150th anniversary for our loyal supporters and past band members to come along and enjoy. We had a fantastic audience and with music played from the start of the band's history in 1866 right up to the present day, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Ian Crouthers, Chairman, Principal Cornet player and compere for the day led the audience through a variety of stories taken from the band's history which were all incredibly interesting.
The concert was also special for the band's Musical Director David Pocock who celebrated his 60th anniversary of being a member of Edenbridge Town Band. He was presented with a gift from the band.
The pictures show the audience enjoying the concert, the past members standing on the floor who had all come along to enjoy the concert, the band on stage and the presentation to David Pocock.
Christmas concert fund raiser
During December we held a Christmas Concert on 16.12.15 at The Eden Church and due to a fantastic sized audience and their generosity we raised £200 for League of Friends Edenbridge Hospital. We also played carols in Marsh Green and Edenbridge High Street in December and once again, the generous public helped us to raise £120 which we have donated to Edenbridge Community First Responders.
